The workshop can be found in Brooklyn, NY the heart of the city. Our mission here is give our chefs in training life skills such as baking, scaling, cleanliness and even knowledge of food science. We not only learn how to bake, we also learn how baking works, and how to correct a mistaken when baking. Every chef in training leaves with the confidence and mindset that they can do it on their own.

Flowers you can eat! These beautiful bouquets are actually fluffy cupcakes. You can stare at them and don't have to worry about them dying because they'll taste too good! These cupcakes can come in any flavor you'd like and any colors you'd like. The tissue paper color is also an option. I can also make them gluten free, vegan or keto!
